Online Absentee/Telephone Bids


Part I — Create a online account (If you already have an online account, skip ahead to Part 2)

  1. Go to the Registration Page.
  2. Fill out the form with your contact information and click ‘Send’ at the bottom of the page.
  3. On page 2, please choose the “Click Here” button in red to include credit card information. You may also do this by pressing “My Account” in the top right hand corner after logging in.
  4. You will then receive an email confirming your login information, including your username and password.

Part II — How to leave Telephone/Absentee Bids Online

  1. Go to the Login Page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Upon a successful login, click the “Catalogues” tab at the top of the home screen.
  4. Click “View Lots Online” on the catalogue of the auction you wish to bid in.
  5. On the item you would like to place an absentee or telephone bid on, click “Bid and Track”.
  6. Follow the prompts. You will then receive an email confirmation of the bids you place.
